We're proud to announce that Alliance Tool Hire has achieved certification to both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 - the internationally recognised standards for quality management and environmental management.
Both certifications were independently assessed and awarded by Citation ISO Certification, and they don't cover just one part of the business. The scope of our certified management system spans the supply, hire, inspection and servicing of tools, survey equipment and lifting equipment across our UK operations - in other words, everything we do, at every one of our ten depots.
WHAT THE STANDARDS ACTUALLY MEAN
ISO 9001 is the world's most widely used quality management standard. In practice, it means the way we work - from taking your order to inspecting and servicing kit, to handling any problems - follows documented processes that are independently audited. It's a framework built on consistency, customer focus and continual improvement: not doing things well once, but doing them well every time, at every depot.
ISO 14001 does the same for environmental management. It certifies that we actively measure, manage and reduce our environmental impact - from waste and energy use at our depots to the way we run our delivery fleet - and that we keep improving year on year.
