Alliance Tool Hire has invested more than £900,000 in a new fleet of delivery vehicles as part of its ongoing commitment to providing industry-leading service and supporting the growing needs of customers across the South of England and Wales.
The investment sees over 20 new vehicles added to the Alliance fleet, including a range of Ford Transit 350 Leader L4 Dropside vans and Ford Transit L3 models. The new vehicles have already entered service across the company's network of depots, helping to strengthen delivery capacity and ensure customers receive equipment quickly, safely and reliably.
For Alliance Tool Hire, delivery is a critical part of the customer experience. With more than 90% of all hire equipment delivered directly to site, maintaining a modern, dependable fleet is essential to keeping projects moving and minimising downtime.
Supporting Customers Across the Region
The fleet investment forms part of a wider programme of growth and investment across the business.
Earlier this year, Alliance Tool Hire announced a £1.6 million investment in a new depot in Newport, expanding its presence into South Wales, alongside the launch of a dedicated Lifting Division to support customers with specialist lifting equipment and expertise.
Together, these investments reflect Alliance's continued focus on improving service levels, increasing availability and ensuring customers have access to the equipment they need, when and where they need it.
Beth Peters, CEO of Alliance Tool Hire, said:
"As a business we are committed to continually investing in premium equipment while providing industry-leading customer service, and this is all brought to our partners' sites by an updated fleet that ensures on-time deliveries to keep projects running smoothly."
Investing in Service
Alliance Tool Hire operates ten depots across Bath, Bristol, Salisbury, Poole, Newport, Gatwick, Kent, North London, South London and East London, making it one of the largest independent construction rental suppliers in the South of England and Wales.
The business supplies a comprehensive range of equipment, including power tools, access equipment, survey equipment, lifting solutions and customer equipment management services.
Behind every delivery is a team of experienced hire professionals who work closely with customers to understand project requirements, recommend the most suitable equipment and support health, safety and sustainability objectives.
With more than 80% of customers returning to hire from Alliance again, the company's continued investment in people, equipment and infrastructure is helping to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner to contractors, facilities teams and construction professionals across the region.
As demand continues to grow, Alliance Tool Hire remains committed to investing in the resources needed to deliver the responsive, reliable service customers have come to expect.
